We accept returns within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • You have the original receipt or order confirmation

  • The product was not on sale or discounted

  • The item is not customized or made-to-order

Please contact us before returning any item.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or special discount

  • Damaged items due to misuse, mishandling, or incorrect installation

  • Custom lighting or modified products

  • Items returned after 7 days

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued through your original payment method or bank transfer.

Note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or sent in error.

  • If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If you received a wrong or damaged lamp, we will offer a free replacement (subject to stock availability) or a full refund. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
