At DIMLIGHT, we take pride in offering quality lighting products and excellent service across Pakistan. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.

📦 Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase if:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
You have the original receipt or order confirmation
The product was not on sale or discounted
The item is not customized or made-to-order

Please contact us before returning any item.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased on sale or special discount
Damaged items due to misuse, mishandling, or incorrect installation
Custom lighting or modified products
Items returned after 7 days

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued through your original payment method or bank transfer.

Note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or sent in error.
If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost.

🔄 Exchange Policy

If you received a wrong or damaged lamp, we will offer a free replacement (subject to stock availability) or a full refund. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
